Wildflower Wisdom

Thoughts on starting over, becoming yourself, and actually living the life you've worked so hard to heal.

I spent a lot of years trying to heal.

Understanding my past. Questioning what I believed. Untangling who I was from who I thought I was supposed to be.

And then, somewhere along the way, I realized something:

I don't want to spend the rest of my life healing. I want to live.

Wildflower Wisdom is where I share what I'm learning in this chapter...the messy, beautiful, imperfect work of becoming more fully yourself and creating a life that actually feels like yours.

No formulas. No pretending I've figured it all out.

Just things I've learned, things I'm still learning, and questions worth asking along the way.

Work With Me

There are times in life when you don't need another book, another course, or another person telling you what you should do.

You need space.

Space to hear yourself.
To question what isn't working anymore.
To figure out what you actually want now.

I work privately with a small number of women who find themselves somewhere in that space of changing, beginning again, or simply realizing that the life they've been living doesn't quite fit anymore.

This isn't about fixing you. And I'm not interested in handing you a formula for becoming some better version of yourself.

I've spent years gathering, developing and using tools that have changed the way I understand my thoughts, my patterns, my past, and the choices I make in my life now, today.

I bring those tools into our work together, along with thoughtful questions, honest conversation, practical exercises and the perspective that comes from having begun again more than a few times myself.

For four months, we'll look at what's keeping you stuck, question what you've assumed to be true, get clear about what you actually want, and practice making choices from that place.

Not endlessly working on yourself.

Actually living differently.
